Does anyone know the name of the type of oxygen mask that sits on your chin open, its used instead of the nasal cannula prongs.  Its just open and the oxygen is strong enough you can still breath it in.

Why is a hyperberic chamber preferred to an oxygen mask in Carbon Monoxide poisioning?



Hyperbaric chamber provides 100% oxygen all the time to cells starved by carbon monoxide poisoning - especially brain cells to prevent further damage and possibly death.
