I have used the "Hurricane" hitting trainer for my players. It is endorsed by Derek Jeter. I think it has helped my players quite a bit. The thing I like about it is that it is inexpensive and you are not chasing balls all over the place. Also, you can practice inside or out if you have enough room. I have used it in the gym when it rains. I think the technical benefits cant be beat.

A thick or bulging stomach can be due to several factors: Too much fat under he stomach skin, too much internal fat, weak stomach muscles and engorged intestines due to trouble with the digestion. To get a really nice stomach all these factors must be taken care of with appropriate measures.

THE RIGHT DIET

A right diet is one important key to getting a nice stomach. A good diet will help you loose fat, regulate your stomach function and help to build strong belly muscles.

The diet should not contain great amounts of fat and carbohydrates, but it must contain a good portion of full valued proteins at each meal. The diet should also be as natural as possible, without much added sugar, much added fat, chemically altered fat or refined carbohydrates.

Good protein sources are fish, seafood, foul, mushrooms, lean diary products, eggs, spawn, lean meat, nuts, almonds and sunflower seeds.

You need of course some carbohydrates and fat even though you should not exaggerate the consume of these. Good sources of carbohydrates are full corn bread or cereals, peas and beans. Good sources of fat are nuts, sunflower seeds, fat fish, almonds olive oil, rape oil, almond oil, canola oil, flaxseed oil, sunflower oil and nut oils.

Try to vary between many oil types to get a right mixture of fatty acids. Do not only use soy oil, palm oil or corn oil as some do, since this will give you too much of only some fatty acids.

Food sources with much fibre, vitamins, minerals and anti-oxidants will help your body to get rid of excessive fat, help to build muscles and help against bulging of your stomach due to digestive trouble. Full corn bread or cereals, vegetables and fruit contain good amounts of these necessary substances.

EXERCISES

Another necessary means to get a nice stomach are muscle exercises. You can find many good stomach exercises from a detailed instruction book, but here are three simple ones. Do at least 4 series with at least eight repetitions of one of the exercises at least every second day.

- This exercise strengthens your lover stomach area: Lie on your back. Use your hands as support under your buttocks. Lift your legs so that your feet are higher than your pelvis. Hold that position some seconds. Then lower your feet again. If your legs are straight, the exercise can be a little hard for your back. In order to make it less demanding for your back, you can flex your knees somewhat when you do the exercise.

- This exercise strengthens your upper stomach area: Lie down straight on your back. Place your hands under your neck. Lift your upper body some distance over the floor. Your whole lower body shall all the time have contact with the floor. Hold the position some seconds. Then lower your upper body again.

A variation of this exercise lets the effect work more on the sides of your stomach than at the central part: Flex up your knees and twist your knees and lower body to the left side. Then lift your upper body some times. Then flex your knees and lower body to the right side and lift up your upper body some times again.

- Training devices that allow you pull or press down with your arms are also good to strengthen your stomach muscles. You stand on your knees, then stretch your arms right out, and then push or pull down at the device. Such devices are also good to strengthen the sides of your stomach. To do so you straighten out one arm to the side and push or pull down some times, and then do the same with the other arm.

Of course you should not only exercise your stomach muscles, but have a complete exercise program for the whole body where the stomach exercises are just one module. Regular condition training like running, cycling, swimming or skiing is also valuable, because they help you to loose fat, including fat on your stomach.

It is also important not to exaggerate the stomach exercises. If you do so, you can end up with thick abdominal muscles that make your stomach look fat.

SUPPLEMENTS

On the market you can find supplements of fibres, minerals, vitamin and probiotics that are meant to increase your fat or sugar burning, regulate your digestion or stimulate tissue development. Here is the bare bone - no hype information and a link to the website I built using these techniques. So I not going to lie to you about how much money you can make or how much I made. Website Building tools:

I used DreamWeaver as my html editor. Any good html editor will work such as FrontPage. Go to download.com and search for "html editor". Coffeecup is a very popular free editor. Basically you need a good editor that will update links site wide automatically. Give you reports on broken links, and do search and replace site wide, file specific, and etc... Also very important is a good table building capability.

For the content I pulled articles from various free content sites. As long as you adhere to the terms of fair use, you will have access to thousands of content rich articles that you can put in your own website.

Then plug in your affiliate codes for Google adsense, clickbank, and commission junction.

You don't have to be an html expert. Just having some basic programming knowledge is enough. For example, understanding head, body, and building tables. Inserting variables and doing global changes. Any good html editor will help with that. You really need to become an expert at building tables. They are fast loading and can really make an impact on a site. If you are into css, even better!

Building with SEO (search engine optimization) in mind. Use these techniques when building your site!

Niche Site: Pick a very specific topic. I chose "Making Money Online with Content Rich Sites" for this example.

Use a simple structure. Index page to "Index of Articles". Then "Index of Articles" to each individual article page. Two levels, easy to manage, easy to spider!

Make your site surfer friendly: No hidden pages, re-directs, pop-ups, spyware, java, or scripts. Just use ".html" files with text links to full text content rich pages which are also easily spidered with useful relevant information for the visitor. Include lots of articles including a few unique pages that you have written yourself.

Now start building your basic template for all the pages on your site. How you build your template will greatly depend on what editor and tools you'll be using. For example: most times you'll do something like Huge Content Rich Websites for Profit. When you go to build your 1000+ page site, the editor will replace the title tag with the appropriate text dynamically.

Title Tag and Description Tags and all other meta tags should be relevant and keyword rich.

Body text - Use content rich articles. Also use high color contrast between the text and the background so the search engine doesn't think you're trying to hide anything and penalize you. Plus it's just plain easier to read. Use Arial or verdana font.

URLs, File Names, and Directories - use the article title

Inbound links: Set up link partners. If you can, have them place the link to your site using a keyword instead of the domain name itself. ex: Make Money Online Click Here.

Outbound links: Do the same for your link partners. Set up links using text that is relevant to their topic which should be relevant to your site but not competing if possible. If you sell computers, link to a company that sells computer desks.

Make same site links with relevant text. ex: "make money at home" will link to a page within your own site.

Make Image alt text use primary keywords. ex: "money online"

Add HTML comment tags that use primary keywords. These are not seen buy the surfer, but can be seen by search engine spiders. No one has proven this helps, but it doesn't hurt!

Now add money making adsense and affiliate links on every page. Put them top center between the article title and article content. Adjust the colors so that is blends in with your web page content.

Google adsense will pick up the page title, h1 and h2 tags to target the ad. When someone clicks on it, you get paid!.

Once you have these basic things set up in your template, you need to use a powerful tool called Article Equalizer. With a little practice, you'll be able to build 1000+ page websites in just a day or two.
